  I provide an organic therapeutic approach, which is warm, open and honest; to support professional resilience, help to define new ways forward in your mahi and to enhance effectiveness as a practitioner. I deliver supervision from a mana enhancing space, where practitioner wellbeing is a strong focus. I support practitioners to develop their own skillset, to deliver high quality services to the tangata they serve, to work ethically, lead by example, be accountable and responsible and to challenge barriers to excellent practice. I have vast experience in leading teams, staff and individual hauora, sensitive claims, supporting whānau and children, people with disabilities, social service students and whānau experiencing the impacts of trauma. I have been practicing supervision for 9 years. I am a Registered Social Worker and a member of ANZASW.
