Sue has provided supervision at a community counselling agency, and also with teachers. She has participated in a number of training workshops in supervision during her many years as a counsellor, as well as a course in coaching adult learners. Sue has undertaken recent training  in solution-focussed supervision, her main counselling modality. Sue sees supervision as a positive and enabling process of reflecting on practice in a safe and collaborative environment, assisting in professional and personal development.
