  I'm a Senior Physiotherapist with over 12 years of experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, and pain management rehabilitation across New Zealand and the UK. I have worked extensively on ACC contracts, including MSk contract,  sensitive claims and training for independence, return to work and persistent pain contract and led multidisciplinary teams in private practice, community care, and care facilities. My expertise includes mentoring junior staff, delivering in-service training, and applying trauma-informed approaches like SIRPA, cognitive functional therapy  mind-body methods. I offer professional supervision to health professionals and others, providing a supportive space to enhance clinical skills, navigate complex cases, and foster reflective practice.
