  Tena koutou katoa I am a social worker who has worked in human services, primarily mental health, and in management, for 30 years. l enjoy coaching and working alongside people in supervision to help them work through the complexities and issues of work and life to set positive pathways forward for themselves. I have many years of experience supervising mental health staff in all areas of work and levels of authority. I supervise people one to one, offer group supervision and management coaching. I am of Ngai Tahu, Ngati Mamoe descent with Pasifik connections. I have lived experience and experience with Intentional peer support. I bring all these competencies and skills to my supervision practice.
