Experienced and compassionate registered social worker (SWRB) with a passion for guiding and supporting social work professionals in their professional development. Currently employed as a team lead within health. With over 20 years  experience in social services, I have worked with homeless men and woman and worked in AOD and injury rehabilitation. I have served as a field educator, supervisor and mentor, helping social workers hone their skills, and navigate ethical dilemmas. I am committed to fostering a culture of learning, growth, and self-reflection within the social work community. I  conduct individual supervision sessions to address specific challenges, enhance social work competencies, and promote self-care among supervisees. I engage in ongoing professional development through participation in workshops, conferences, and peer consultation, to ensure my own ongoing training and upskilling.
