  Paul has more than 15 years experience in management positions in the Health/Disability sector.  He has more than 30 years lived experience of disability.  He is a Professional Member of the Career Development Association of New Zealand.   Paul has a practical approach, not focusing on any specific theory, but works with clients to assist them to fulfill their potential and strive for success in life and work.  He has experienced many different supervision styles and incorporates that experience into his own supervision style.  Paul’s rural upbringing is reflected in his practical/down to earth approach.   The first face to face or phone discussion is free.  That is to ascertain that he and you can work together.  Mutually agreeable processes would then be  agreed.
