  With over 20 years’ experience across education, community health, and private practice, I lead a practice grounded in Te Tiriti o Waitangi, reflective inquiry, and genuine collaborative support. As a supervisor and clinical leader, I strive to create a safe, supportive space for kaimahi and supervisees to navigate complex case management, maintain ethical standards, hold appropriate professional boundaries and prevent burnout while delivering exceptional care. As a counsellor, I work alongside people and their whānau using evidence-informed practice to create a warm, inclusive space where clients feel truly heard as they work through life’s challenges and build confidence.
