I supervise employees from many different levels of responsibility within a variety of organisations. Administrators, nurses and managers. I have worked in acute mental health services and fully understand those who work at the coal face of supporting people dring challenges in their lives and careers. All consultations are confidential. A contract is signed between the supervisor and supervisee.
