  Kia ora, I'm Erica, and in my supervision practice I draw on my experiences as a social worker, counsellor and team leader. I enjoy using knowledge from Te Ao Maori, interpersonal neurobiology, critical theory, narrative therapy and trauma-informed supervision. I see supervision as a collaborative journey, focusing on critical reflection and multiple perspectives to support your professional growth. I value respect, authenticity, and collaboration, creating a safe, welcoming space where you can explore and deepen your practice.
