I have 25 years’ experience in supervision (plus coaching and facilitation) for managers, teams and workers in a wide variety of settings including NGO's, the Community and Voluntary sectors and the Public and Private sectors.

Specialist Areas: managing/leading people, problem-solving, communication, conflict resolution, managing difficult conversations, working in teams, career development, group work/facilitation, designing and delivering training programmes.

 

Availability:	Weekdays, Thursdays, Fridays from 8am to 5.30pm	Charges:	$135.00 per hour + GST (At times negotiable)
Venue:	Supervisor's Office, Otautahi/Christchurch (in Cashmere)
Qualifications:	Diploma in Education; Supervisor's Certificate (Advanced) Canterbury University - 25 years' experience in supervision and coaching in the voluntary, community, private and public sectors. 25 years running my own business and managing large teams
Affiliations:	NZATD (NZ Association of Training and Development)
