I have run my own business, Performance Matters Ltd., for almost 30 years. I have wide experience in supervision, coaching, training and development for managers, teams and workers in a wide variety of settings. These include NGO's, the Community and Voluntary sectors and the Public and Private sectors.

Specialist Areas: Managing/leading people, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, conflict resolution, managing difficult conversations, work force development, group work/facilitation, designing and delivering Leadership and Development workshops/training programmes.
