  I have worked for over 30 years in the NGO sector in a variety of settings and roles, with a particular interest in community development, mental health and wellbeing. My focus has always been on values-based practice and my supervision/mentoring approach is rooted in strengths and solutions, empowering people to bring their true selves to the fore in their practice.  I am skilled and experienced in both individual support and group facilitation processes.   Our work can be complex and challenging but I am passionate about assisting people to maximise the many rewards of effective human service.   Ko te mea tuatahi, he ratonga mahi.
