My name is Andy, a Professional Coach and experienced practitioner who has 25+ years experience. I work with many leaders,  a variety of professionals, have been a lead coach trainer for the Navy and run coaching courses for both Army and SAS. I own and operate my own business called Pursue Life, with the vision of supporting professionals to be better versions of themselves and offer supervision that makes an impactful difference. I have also worked as a Social Worker for many years in a variety of roles.

        I am a full member of ANZASW & a fully registered/experienced Social worker.   In terms of Coaching, I am a Professionally Certified Coach under International Coaching Federation, with the PCC level, requiring not only a high level of Professional Coaching formal academic requirements, but 500+ hours of experience to reach PCC level.   I have also worked in a number of leadership roles throughout 25+ years of professional practice.   I feel very confident in supervising people from all walks of life and professions.
